We’re looking for a Design Assistant: a clever, creative, junior designer who’s excited to learn, contribute, and grow quickly in a high-performing creative team.

What’s The Role?

As our Design Assistant, you’ll help us design world-class party games, with your name on the packaging. You’ll work across packaging, branding, digital content, and creative support. No two days will be the same, and you’ll learn by doing.

This is a fast-paced, idea-rich environment. The more you take ownership, the faster you’ll grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing packaging, cards, instructions, and other game components
• Creating assets for TikTok, Amazon, and other retail platforms
• Supporting product development with mockups and visual concepts
• Assisting with brand materials and internal campaigns
• Learning how to move fast, stay focused, and design things people love

Skills and Experience Required

What you’ll need

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• An eye for layout, colour, and typography
• Solid illustration skills (even if not polished)
• A portfolio that shows strong design thinking and attention to detail
• Confidence to ask questions and take feedback without ego
• Ability to manage your time, stay organised, and own your output

Bonus points for:

• Print production knowledge (bleeds, dielines, setup)
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Firefly, Midjourney or ChatGPT
• 3D rendering or product mockup skills

Location

We work from our Soho office at least 4 days a week. In-person collaboration helps us move faster and solve problems better together.
