Graduate Marketing Executive

Salary £28,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours 8.40am-5.20pm Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week

Main Duties

The Graduate Marketing Executive will be involved in developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to optimise revenue growth for Randox Health. This individual will also collate and analyse statistical data to identify developing market trends.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain marketing experience within a market leading and innovative healthcare company.

  • Creation of engaging content for a range of marketing material including, brochures, websites, adverts, white papers, social media, newsletters and emails to create awareness and develop the Randox Health brand.
  • Implementation of digital marketing strategy. This includes, but not exclusively, email campaigns, webinars, PPC advertising, social media and other digital channels.
  • Collation and presentation of market research, product and competitor information relating to the Randox Health service offerings.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the business unit in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
  • Regularly compile and distribute detailed performance reports, using data analysis to offer insights and suggestions for future strategies.
  • Ideate, create and implement innovative and effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Craft clear, concise and compelling direct marketing communications.
  • Understand and distribute reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, productivity, customer satisfaction, and other relevant sales metrics.
  • Analyse data and leverage insights to identify problems, implement recommendations, and track success.

Skills and Experience Required

 

    • BSc in Marketing or a related field.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar assessment tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • Strong creative and communications skills to provide customers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their health and well-bring.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Right to work in the UK.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact
