Full Time Shop Assistant – Children’s wear Shop

Main Duties

We are seeking a full time and a part time Shop Assistant to join our team in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our shop. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proficiency in English and ideally italian.

Responsibilities:

– Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor

– Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

– Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

– Assist in receiving and checking deliveries

– Support the team in visual merchandising and product displays

Expected hours: 30/35 per week / part time 15/20

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person – Chelsea / knightsbridge Store

Expected start date: in April / flexible on the start date

Skills and Experience Required

Qualifications:

– Strong communication skills

– Proficiency in English; ideally italian language too

– Ability to work well in a team environment

– Excellent customer service skills

– Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable

– ideally good with social media and content creation – marketing
