Full-Time Sales Assistant

Main Duties

We are seeking an experienced sales assistant to work in our flagship store based near Marble Arch.

In general you will:

• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
• Educate customers on our brand and products
• Handle electronic transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock
• Support with seasonal visual merchandising
• Support day-to-day shop operations, including cleaning, opening/closing tasks
• Communicate store insights to internal business

Skills and Experience Required

Excellent customer service with an enthusiastic approach is required.

In addition, the right candidate should be:

• Passionate about fine fragrance as it relates to premium lifestyle, home and body care products
• Conscientious and demonstrate initiative when working independently
• Comfortable using digital POS platforms
• Well groomed with immaculate presentation
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Driven and sales-orientated
