Main Duties

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance Workshop Creative to deliver a variety of engaging, hands-on workshops, ranging from plant pot decorating to card crafting. You will lead interactive sessions for small groups of 20–25 participants, creating welcoming and inspiring environments for a diverse mix of audiences, including teams, clients, partners, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead workshops that are engaging and inclusive

•             Create a safe, energising space that encourages participation and idea generation

•             Adapt delivery style in response to group dynamics and feedback

•             Contribute creative thinking to wider project work where required

Skills & Experience

•             Experience designing and delivering workshops

•             Confident working with a wide range of audiences

•             Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

•             Creative problem-solver with a structured approach

•             Highly organised and comfortable working independently
