Main Duties

  1. Content Creation & Filming
    • Capture high-quality video footage of painting processes, from start to finish, for short-form reels.
    • Film promotional and behind-the-scenes content that highlights the brand’s artistic process, products, and personality.
    • Ensure consistent visual style, framing, and lighting that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
  2. Editing & Post-Production
    • Edit raw footage into engaging, polished short reels optimized for Instagram and YouTube.
    • Add captions, transitions, music, and on-brand graphics as needed.
    • Format and export content according to platform-specific requirements.
  3. Content Management
    • Organize and maintain video files for easy access and reuse.
    • Create variations of content for cross-platform posting (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Skills and Experience Required

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Skilled in operating cameras, lighting setups, and stabilizers for high-quality footage.
  • Creative eye for composition, framing, and storytelling through video.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing media files and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms, hashtags, and optimization techniques.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
