At Harper & Blake, we’re a design-led lifestyle brand rooted in art, storytelling, and cultural expression; specialising in distinctive, stylish, and diverse designs across fashion and lifestyle products.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of original prints across a range of products, rework existing designs, and support the creative team in areas from product development to packaging and visual research.

We’re seeking someone with a strong passion for art and print design, a versatile aesthetic, and the curiosity to grow within a fast-evolving brand.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing fresh, original prints each week across tech, fashion accessories, and interiors
  • Reworking existing designs; adjusting colour ways, styles, and repeats as needed
  • Creating high-quality product mockups to visualise print application
  • Supporting the ongoing aesthetic development of our print collections
  • Researching and presenting innovative concepts to help grow our product range
  • Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Working primarily in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of pattern repeats and print placement

Skills and Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Print Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
  • Strong illustration skills; both hand-drawn/painted and digital
  • A keen awareness of current fashion and design trends, with a commercial mindset
  • Experience or familiarity with working within brand guidelines
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a refined eye for colour, texture, and pattern
  • This is a remote position, but UK-based applicants are preferred
