Main Duties
Are you a recent graduate eager to break into the fashion industry? We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Print Designer. At Harper & Blake, we’re a design-led lifestyle brand rooted in art, storytelling, and cultural expression; specialising in distinctive, stylish, and diverse designs across fashion and lifestyle products.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of original prints across a range of products, rework existing designs, and support the creative team in areas from product development to packaging and visual research.
We’re seeking someone with a strong passion for art and print design, a versatile aesthetic, and the curiosity to grow within a fast-evolving brand.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing fresh, original prints each week across tech, fashion accessories, and interiors
- Reworking existing designs; adjusting colour ways, styles, and repeats as needed
- Creating high-quality product mockups to visualise print application
- Supporting the ongoing aesthetic development of our print collections
- Researching and presenting innovative concepts to help grow our product range
- Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Working primarily in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of pattern repeats and print placement
Skills and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Print Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
- Strong illustration skills; both hand-drawn/painted and digital
- A keen awareness of current fashion and design trends, with a commercial mindset
- Experience or familiarity with working within brand guidelines
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and a refined eye for colour, texture, and pattern
- This is a remote position, but UK-based applicants are preferred
Bonus (but not essential):
Internship or entry-level design experience within the fashion industry
