Main Duties

We’re looking for a freelance Marketing & Growth Lead to help scale a fast-growing ceramics brand.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants creative freedom, strategic input, and the opportunity to build the marketing function of a young company from the ground up.

Currently, marketing is the biggest area of opportunity within the business — and we’re looking for someone who can take initiative and drive meaningful growth in online sales and brand presence.

The Role

  • Developing and executing a simple but effective marketing strategy
  • Growing sales through our website and Etsy
  • Writing and managing a monthly email newsletter
  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Overseeing website and Etsy updates
  • Identifying opportunities for launches, collaborations, and campaigns
  • Tracking growth and suggesting improvements

This role is freelance, approximately 1 day per week (with flexibility).

Skills and Experience Required

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in e-commerce or creative brand marketing
  • Are confident working independently
  • Enjoy both strategy and execution
  • Want to build something meaningful from an early stage
  • Are excited by startup energy and long-term growth potential

There is significant room for this role to expand over time. For the right person who grows with the business, this could evolve into a Head of Marketing position as the company scales.
