Freelance Content Creator & Social Strategist (Fashion-Led Wellness Brand)

Main Duties

• Develop and execute a monthly content plan aligned with brand pillars
• Conceptualise short-form video ideas designed for growth and audience building
• Plan and attend 1–2 structured content shoot days per month in London
• Film street-style interviews, founder POV content, educational and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit 12–16 short-form videos per month optimised for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Test hooks, formats and angles to improve performance
• Deliver final edited assets in an organised and timely manner via shared drive
• Provide a short monthly analytics summary with suggestions for improvement
• Collaborate closely with founders to shape the brand’s digital voice

Monthly freelance retainer role including 1–2 structured content shoot days per month in London, plus agreed editing and planning time. Initial 3-month engagement with scope to expand as the brand grows.

Skills and Experience Required

• Entry-level creative with strong interest in fashion, culture and digital storytelling
• Demonstrable experience creating short-form video content for TikTok or Instagram
• Strong understanding of social media growth mechanics and hook-based storytelling
• Confident filming in public environments
• Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar editing software
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Able to take initiative and contribute creative ideas
• Own camera or high-quality smartphone preferred
