TikTok Content Creator (Street Interviews & Short-Form Video)

Main Duties

This role focuses on creating authentic TikTok-native content rather than polished advertising or graphic design work.

• Create short-form TikTok content for a supplement brand.
• Film POV videos, street interviews and reactive content in public locations around London.
• Create relatable content around everyday stress, anxiety and wellbeing.
• Edit short-form videos suitable for TikTok (basic cuts, captions and pacing).
• Suggest and test viral-style TikTok ideas and trends.
• Plan simple filming sessions with the founder.
• Deliver a set number of edited videos each week.

The role involves filming street interviews and reactive content, so applicants should feel comfortable speaking with people in public and appearing on camera.

Content will initially focus on testing ideas and building a TikTok presence ahead of product launch.

Skills and Experience Required

• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera.
• Confident speaking with people in public for street interview content.
• Basic short-form video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok editor or similar).
• Understanding of TikTok trends, hooks and storytelling formats.
• Ability to frame visually appealing shots using a smartphone.
• Interest in social media content creation and internet culture.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and work independently.

Graphic design experience is not required. Basic editing skills, such as adding captions or text overlays to short-form videos, would be advantageous.
