Key Responsibilities:

MARKETING & STORYTELLING

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with brand identity.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Assist with social planning, posting, community engagement, and visual curation.
  • Track performance and share insights to evolve our digital presence.
  • Stay aware of cultural and fashion trends to inspire fresh content ideas.

CREATIVE & DESIGN

  • Produce polished visual assets for campaigns, newsletters, social, and lookbooks.
  • Design layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite + Canva.
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all visuals and touchpoints.

PERFORMANCE & GROWTH MARKETING

  • Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad Manager campaigns, including targeting and reporting.
  • Help implement SEO improvements to enhance organic reach and site performance.

PRODUCT & CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES

  • Support content for new season collections, launches, and collaborations.
  • Assist with photoshoots: mood boards, shot lists, on-set support, and post-production assets.

E-COMMERCE & CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Upload products, imagery, and descriptions to the website (CMS).
  • Refine on-site storytelling to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

EVENTS & PARTNERSHIPS

  • Support the planning of brand events, pop-ups, and activations.
  • Help coordinate PR and influencer outreach when required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Genuine interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture.
  • Entry-level to middleweight industry experience in marketing, content creation, or brand communications — ideally in fashion or a design-driven environment.
  • Strong visual sensibility and confidence creating brand assets and layouts.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Confident writer with a refined yet fresh brand tone.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, with an interest in developing performance skills further and exploring AI tools.
  • Working understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a small team where initiative, ownership, and collaboration are valued.
  • Experience with social platforms, CMS, and email marketing tools (Mac OS preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
