Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and creative intern to join our Fabrica X team. This role blends exhibition visitor engagement, retail sales and project support for all Fabrica X internal and external projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, has a strong creative flair, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities
Visitor Engagement
- Welcome and engage visitors with enthusiasm and curiosity, asking open-ended questions to understand their interests.
- Confidently present the innovation gallery’s exhibitions to both the public and industry professionals.
- Respond to visitor inquiries promptly and knowledgeably.
Customer Experience and Retail Sales
- Deliver memorable customer service by sharing the stories behind our products and assisting with purchases.
- Assist retail operations as required, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.
- Support events and workshops with enthusiasm and adaptability.
Project and Exhibition Support
- Assist in the delivery of exhibitions, external curation, partnerships, and events.
- Conduct research and develop content for projects as required.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take on additional tasks when needed.

- Flexibility: Able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively.
- Team Player: Willing to take on varied tasks, from idea generation to hands-on exhibition and event setup.
- Enthusiastic: Eager to participate in events, occasionally during evenings or weekends (time would be given back in lieu).
- Service-minded: Brings retail or hospitality experience, with a talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences and identifying opportunities to upsell.
