Salary £42,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience (£33,600 - £35,200 pro rata)

Main Duties

Ad Infinitum is looking for a creative, strategic and ambitious Executive Director. Following joining the Arts Council National Portfolio in 2023, we are now in an exciting period of growth and transformation including strategic development, furthering international partnerships, and innovative environmental touring practice.

Skills and Experience Required

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLE

Contract type: Permanent, part time – 32 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work might be required.

Responsible to: Ad Infinitum Co-Artistic Directors

Pension: NEST pension, employer contributions 3% of salary.

Hours of work: 4 days a week (0.8 FTE) (the organisation’s working hours are 09:30 – 17:30 but we offer flexible working hours and are open to conversations about how the hours could be split across the week). We operate a TOIL system.

Place of work: Hybrid working. Ad Infinitum is based in Bristol and does not currently have a physical office. Attendance at some meetings in central Bristol is required, but we can be flexible with the frequency and pattern and are happy to discuss this with candidates.

Access: We are committed to creating a more diverse and representative arts sector and will work to provide access support or arrangements that are required for you to undertake this role effectively.

Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays per annum (17.6 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata). Following two years in the organisation this will increase to 23 days pro rata and following four years of service will increase to 24 days pro rata.
