Main Duties
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the UK.
Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies and business decisions.
2. Support Offline Marketing Activities
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of pop-up stores and experiential retail events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for pop-up and in-store events.
3. Online & Offline Marketing Campaigns
Coordinate and implement local marketing campaigns, aligning with global strategies while catering to the UK audience.
Develop promotional materials and content for digital and offline channels.
4. Partnership & Brand Collaboration
Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, brands, and partners to expand brand visibility.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities, preparing reports and recommendations for optimisation.
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
Entry level experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industries.
Good understanding of the UK market and consumer trends.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
