E-commerce Assistant – Entry Level (2 days a week)

Main Duties

The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time E-commerce Assistant (2 days a week). This is an entry-level role ideal for someone organised, creative, and eager to learn the ropes of e-commerce in the fabric industry.

You’ll help us keep our shop running smoothly and beautifully, making sure our customers enjoy the best possible experience, and you’ll be a key part of showing off our range in a way that’s clear, inspiring, and true to Empee.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with taking and editing product photos

• Upload new products to our website with clear, appealing, and accurate descriptions

• Organise and update product categories, tags, and listings to help customers find what they need

Skills and Experience Required

What We’re Looking For

• Good written English for clear, friendly product descriptions

• A creative eye – you enjoy good visuals and can spot what looks appealing (and what doesn’t)

• Comfort using basic digital tools (spreadsheets, photo editing, website back-end – we’ll train you)

• Organised and reliable, with attention to detail

• Eager to learn and support a small team where everyone pitches in

Nice to Have (but not essential):

• Basic photo editing skills (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)

• Interest in fabric, fashion, crafts, or design
