E-commerce Assistant (Admin)

Main Duties

• Measure vintage garments accurately and record measurements
• Upload items to our cross-listing software following set guideline
• Draft clear, consistent product titles and descriptions
• Set suggested prices for approval
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and on-brand

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable working with digital tools and simple systems
• Experience using a cross-lister is a plus (but not essential)
• Experience pricing vintage or good fashion knowledge is a plus (but not essential)
• Basic SEO knowledge for product titles and descriptions is a plus (but not essential)
• Reliable and able to follow a clear, repeatable process
