You will already have experience supervising a team in a live performance or cultural setting, with sharp communication skills, confidence in handling responsibility, and a natural ability to inspire others. Most of all, you will have a love for theatre, performance, and the arts in all its forms, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire others to maintain those same standards.

This is a flexible role within our pool of Duty Managers, with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hour per week. Shifts are scheduled monthly based on your availability, and the needs of the organisation, and include a mix of daytime, evening, weekend (including Sunday work), as the building operates seven days a week.
