Document & Layout Designer – Sports Consultancy Strategy Report

Main Duties

  • Design and format a professional Strategy & Module Document for SixYard Analytics, a grassroots sports consultancy.
  • Develop a clean, consulting-style layout (in Word or Adobe/Canva format) suitable for strategic reports and club development plans.
  • Ensure visual consistency with the SixYard Analytics brand (logo, colours, typography).
  • Create a document template that can be reused across four core consultancy modules (Player Pathway, Performance Analysis, Commercial Growth, Digital & Community Engagement).
  • Integrate charts, icons, and section dividers to improve clarity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine structure, hierarchy, and visual flow.
  • Prepare final deliverables in editable Word and PDF formats for practical club use.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong design and layout skills, with an eye for professional, consulting-style presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Canva, or Adobe InDesign — ability to create clean, editable templates suitable for reports or strategic documents.
  • Understanding of branding principles, including typography, colour consistency, and visual hierarchy.
  • Entry-level experience in designing business, corporate, or academic documents (university projects welcome).
  • Attention to detail in formatting, spacing, and readability.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate on structure and design direction.
  • Interest in sports, community projects, or strategy design (beneficial but not essential).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver print- and digital-ready files (Word and PDF).
