Main Duties

The new Director will take on the leadership of OCM with overall responsibility for the organisation, supported by the expert senior management team of Associate Director and Deputy Director, and with the rest of the team and Board. The role requires vision, knowledge of the sector, leadership and strategic development, staff management, a proven track record in fundraising, and experience across finance, programming, commissioning, producing, and marketing.

Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for someone who is ambitious and dynamic, who has significant experience at mid to senior management level, and is ready to take on a leadership position. It requires vision, imagination, creativity and a flair for developing partnerships, as well as realising ambitious briefs and understanding what will work well to develop and enhance OCM’s brand and mission.

You will have a passion for new music and sound based events, a network of relevant industry contacts ideally locally, nationally and internationally.
