Digital Assistant for E-commerce & Handmade Moroccan Homewares

Main Duties

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business based in Fulham, specialising in handmade Moroccan homewares. Working closely with skilled artisans, we create thoughtfully designed, high-quality pieces rooted in craftsmanship and tradition. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Assistant to join our small, creative team.

This is a highly varied, hands-on role with genuine room to grow. You’ll support the day-to-day digital operations of the business and gain exposure across multiple areas of e-commerce, marketing, and brand development. The role will begin part-time, with the intention of progressing to full-time as the company grows and the right candidate develops with us.

The Role

You will assist across a broad range of activities, including:

  • Supporting customer service enquiries via email and online platforms
  • Assisting with the planning, preparation, and execution of photoshoots
  • Helping manage wholesale enquiries and partner communications
  • Supporting and developing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp), including content creation and scheduling
  • Creating and assisting with digital content for web, email, and social channels (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Supporting e-commerce management across Shopify and Squarespace
  • Assisting with paid advertising across Meta and Google Ads, including basic reporting and optimisation
  • Helping manage and update product listings, website content, and digital assets
  • Supporting TikTok Shop setup, content, and order flows as the channel develops

Skills and Experience Required

About You

  • Some relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred
  • Confident picking up new systems and processes, with the ability to learn on the job within reason
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, or interiors
  • Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) tools such as Mailchimp, Shopify, Squarespace, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
