Main Duties

Proactive, organised and enthusiastic Development Manager required for a growing, fun and skills led Photography charity Project for aspiring young creatives and photographers from disadvantaged, under-represented, minority backgrounds (aged 4-18) and elder over 50s participants.  A team of top post graduate photographers provide inspiring photography workshops headed by a high profile artist, we are looking for the successful candidate to help develop varied photography workshops, our exhibitions, our Awards ceremony.

Skills and Experience Required

The role requires a positive, dynamic individual who can develop and build collaborations; who has strong fundraising interest and expertise to enable the charity project to grow; the role will require research on collaboration partners and development; includes all aspects of fundraising, writing grant applications for funding for each photography project, developing fundraising strategies and projects, writing proposals, and project managing the projects; liaising with art and photography venues for exhibitions, events and our annual Awards ceremony.  Excellent organizational skills required, a sense of enjoyment in creative education, and love of development for the young.
