Customer Service Assistant

Main Duties

To assist with the day-to-day running of Sharp Works and provide a welcoming and helpful experience for customers.

The role includes serving customers, taking payments and maintaining the shop floor.

Skills and Experience Required

To be able to work one or two days each week between Tuesday and Friday.

We are looking for friendly, helpful, reliable people with retail/customer service experience.

Knowledge of knitting/crochet/textiles/crafts is a bonus but not essential.
