Creator Outreach Coordinator

Main Duties

You will be the first point of contact between Peyto and the creators who power our platform!

You will be working closely with the team to execute outreach campaigns across the full creator spectrum – including everyday sports fans building their online audience to larger influencers with established followings in Sports (starting with football).

What you will do:

• ⁠ Identify and contact prospective creator partners across X and other platforms, following targeting briefs set by the CCO (Chief Creative Officer)
• Send outreach messages and manage initial correspondence with creators at volume
• Track outreach activity and responses in our CRM, keeping pipeline data clean and up to date
• Hand off warm responses to the CCO for next steps.
• Support outreach planning for influencer campaigns timed around major sporting events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup
• ⁠Flag patterns and feedback from creators back to the team. If you are hearing the same question repeatedly, we want to know!

Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

1. Strong written communication
2. Highly organised
3. Active interest and knowledge in football
4. Comfortable working independently

Desired:

1. Experience in outreach or sales coordination roles
