Creative Content & Social Partnerships Coordinator

Main Duties

This is a hands-on, creative role based in our salon. You will capture content in real time, film transformations, gather customer testimonials, coordinate with models and creators, and support the editing and ideation process. You will also assist with influencer outreach and community engagement. If you are passionate about beauty, social media, and storytelling, and you are comfortable behind a camera, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: A-List Lace Hair London Studio

Type: Freelance / Contractor

Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 6–8 hours per day

Compensation: £15–£20+ per hour (flexible, based on performance and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality, real-time content within the salon, including customer transformations, testimonials, and stylist sessions (with consent).
  • Create UGC-style content featuring models and products in line with current social media trends.
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using captions, hooks, and formats provided by the creative team.
  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram (Stories & Reels), YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Host live sessions on Instagram and TikTok to showcase products, styling techniques, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Conduct weekly trend research across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to inform content direction.
  • Support influencer and affiliate outreach via direct messaging and relationship management.
  • Assist with sourcing, coordinating, and inviting models for dedicated content creation days.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and test innovative content concepts (e.g., “Pack a Wig with Us”, “Day in the Life of a Stylist”).
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and salon teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

Who You Are:

  • Middleweight-level experience
  • Confident filming and editing content using a mobile phone or professional camera equipment
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and capturing authentic feedback and testimonials
  • Passionate about beauty, wigs, haircare, and the latest industry trends
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and editing platforms such as CapCut or other mobile editing apps
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience creating content in a salon or beauty environment is an advantage, but not essential
