Main Duties
- Content Creation: Develop visually striking and engaging content for LinkedIn, our website, newsletters, and other emerging digital channels.
- Visual Design: Create high-quality posts, presentations, and campaign assets using Figma and Canva, ensuring all materials align with our brand identity.
- Creative Translation: Turn complex ideas about robotics and sustainable living into clear, creative, and accessible visual stories.
- Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team with the production of digital assets for product launches, international events, and brand campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Monitor and maintain visual consistency across all channels, assisting with website updates and brand guideline adherence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our international team to brainstorm new content formats and refine the MASE Home tone of voice.
Skills and Experience Required
- Entry-level experience or strong interest in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, or visual communication.
- High proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma and/or Canva (please include a portfolio or examples of work).
- A strong creative eye with the ability to produce aesthetically polished content that suits a high-end design brand.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple small projects in a fast-paced scaleup environment.
- Ability to work independently, turning conceptual briefs into high-quality visual content quickly.
- Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop), video editing, or motion design.
- Desirable: A genuine interest in interior design, sustainable architecture, or robotics/innovation.
