Assistant Producer

Salary £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Main Duties

We’re Close Up Productions is a London based production company committed to telling real, authentic and compelling stories that people want to watch, share and talk about. We create engaging and creative content for global brands, creative agencies, education bodies and foundations.

We’re looking for a creative ambitious graduate to join our team.  We value people who work hard, bring energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude to work each day.

Most importantly we want someone who’s going to be able to contribute to our studio, think smart, and get involved with everything that happens.

The role

  • You’ll be editing short-form videos, brand films and promos
  • You’ll be learning basic animation and motion graphics skills
  • We don’t expect you to know everything but be willing to learn and grow within the company
  • Be serious about developing your film making skills both on location and in the edit
  • Scheduling and creating social media posts and campaigns

Skills and Experience Required

About You

  • Be self motivated and a great problem solver
  • Have a good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects would be a bonus
  • Be social media savvy, know how to build and grow accounts
  • Have a passion for filming and photography
  • Be personable, confident with clients and happy to pick up the phone
  • Be someone who loves learning and and wants to develop and perfect new skills
  • Be committed and have great attention to detail
