Main Duties
• Deliver fun, engaging, and beginner-friendly art workshops for individuals, couples, groups, and private events
• Tutor and guide students across a range of creative workshops, including lampwork glassmaking, candle making, jewellery making, soap making, and other craft-based projects
• Demonstrate techniques step by step and provide hands-on support throughout each session
• Set up, prepare, and pack away tools, materials, and workstations before and after workshops
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed, especially when using equipment such as lampwork torches and heated materials
• Monitor participants during activities and provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment
• Perform routine studio safety checks, equipment cleaning, and workspace organisation
• Support private events, group bookings, and special workshops where required
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive, memorable studio experience for all guests
Skills and Experience Required
- Advanced English level with strong communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Interest in art, crafts, or creative work
- Experience in jewellery making, or similar handmade arts is highly preferred
- Reliable and responsible in a workshop environment
- commute easily to Stratford, London (E15)
