Art Director & Producer

Main Duties

  • Lead the creative development and visual direction of interdisciplinary projects across performance, editorial, and visual media.
  • Oversee concept development, moodboards, storyboarding, and pre-production processes.
  • Collaborate with choreographers, performers, designers, and photographers to deliver cohesive visual narratives.
  • Manage production timelines, logistics, and team coordination from development to final delivery.
  • Supervise shoots, rehearsals, and creative sessions, ensuring artistic consistency and production quality.
  • Support content planning and visual storytelling for both digital and physical formats.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A strong visual sensibility and an ability to lead creative direction across formats (performance, photography, editorial).
  • Experience in production planning and managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Miro or Google Workspace.
  • A collaborative and proactive working style with attention to detail.
  • Experience in directing or producing creative projects (academic, professional, or self-initiated).
  • Knowledge of performance, visual culture, or editorial production is a plus.
