For Employers: Issues submitting roles
If you see a notification to 'Fill out all fields' when you are unable to submit a role, please untick all tick boxes in the drop down 'Which of our students is this role suitable for?* and re-tick the ones you want. This will solve the issue. We are working on fixing this bug. Thank you for your patience.

Are you a student or recent graduate and ready to take the job market by storm? It’s time to unleash your potential and showcase your skills with excellent interview techniques and a jaw-dropping CV.

The UAL Careers Centre offers a complete ‘get hired’ interactive service, from cover letter and application writing, CV checks, interview practice, aptitude tests and careers assessment tailored to your personality. If you are a current student or having graduated within a year you can use your UAL email to log in. This incredible tool is available online 24/7 and has everything you need in one place! Say goodbye to wasting time searching on your own.

Did you know that AI is now being used to help companies find the right candidates for the job? To increase your chances of getting noticed, you can use the ‘CV360’ tool and submit your CV multiple times. This tool uses AI to score your CV against more than 50 common checks that are used by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). By doing this, you can make sure your CV isn’t discarded and stands out from the crowd.

Video or remote interviews are now commonly used by employers. The Interview360 tool allows you to record yourself during a mock interview to offer tips and feedback during playback. It also gives key points to help answer commonly asked interview questions and what employers are looking for in the answers. Plus, the more you practice, the less pressure there will be during the actual interview.

The Careers Assessment tool is a simple series of questions that will help you understand your motivations, preferences and values. By answering them, you’ll gain more confidence in finding a job that’s the perfect fit for you to then lead on to your desired career path.

If you are looking for a job or internship, or want to see what kind of opportunities are out there, why not check out UAL’s jobs board, Creative Opportunities? Run by Careers and Employability, it is the go-to hub for creative students and graduates. You can find jobs, paid internships, competitions, and volunteering roles. If you are studying an art, design, communications, or a performance course or have recently graduated, then this is the place for you! Our goal is to help you achieve your ambitions and make a living doing what you love.
