UAL Careers and Employability will store and access the personal data you provide (company name, contact name, email, telephone number) to create, verify and support an employer account for our jobs board under GDPR basis Art.6(1)(b) ‘necessary for the performance of a contract’, i.e. the terms and conditions of using the jobs board. We will email you about technical updates, we will ask for feedback to improve our services, when our jobs board is updated with new features, the timing of careers events that might increase interest in your jobs, when a discount applies to your account and any other changes to your account. This data will be retained three years after the end of our contractual relationship with you.
Anonymised statistical data will be produced for monitoring and reporting purposes and we will retain the company name – which may in some circumstances may be personal data – of any employer that breaches the terms of the agreement, is subject to a complaint, or that we decide not to accept onto the jobs board for any reason, for as long as the jobs board is active in order to inform our decision relating to any future application from the same company, under GDPR basis Art.6(1)(f) ‘Legitimate Interests’.

Creative opportunities is free to use for employers directly recruiting to their company and non-profit recruitment agencies and non-profit jobs boards. The rates of charge for recruitment agencies and online jobs boards using our service is £100 + VAT per vacancy to be listed for 4 weeks.
From time to time, we look for opportunities to deepen our engagement with creative employers on issues such as skills, diversity, and recruitment.
