What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.

This internship offers hands-on experience working with a growing independent beer brand that is being relaunched for the modern age. The student will gain real-world exposure to content creation, videography, and brand storytelling within a startup environment.

The intern will take ownership of creating short-form video and digital content, while receiving guidance from the founder on creative direction, brand messaging, and commercial objectives. Rather than formal technical training, the role focuses on learning through practice, experimentation, and feedback on real projects.

The student will develop skills in content ideation, filming and editing for social platforms, and visual storytelling, while gaining insight into how creative content supports brand growth and business development, including preparing material for marketing campaigns and pitches to large pub chains.

Regular check-ins will provide support, feedback, and direction, allowing the intern to build portfolio-ready work while experiencing what it’s like to help grow a consumer brand from an early stage.
