Main Duties
- We’re looking for a Studio Assistant Intern to join our creative studio and support a range of projects across photography, fashion, content creation, and events. This is a flexible, part-time role, ideal for a student or recent graduate who is curious, creative, and excited to learn how a small creative business operates behind the scenes.
Duties:
• Assist with day-to-day studio tasks and help keep projects organised
• Support during photoshoots, video shoots, and occasional events
• Help prepare materials, props, and basic setup for creative productions
• Assist with organising photo and video files for editing and archiving
• Capture occasional behind-the-scenes content for social media
• Help with light admin tasks, research, and creative brainstormingQualifications:
• A reliable and proactive person who enjoys creative environments
• Interest in fashion, photography, visual storytelling, or events
• Someone organised, curious, and willing to learn new skills
• Comfortable helping with hands-on tasks during shoots or studio days
• Bonus if you’ve experimented with tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or social media platformsYou don’t need extensive professional experience: a good attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn are far more important.
This internship offers a chance to see how creative projects come to life, from concept to production, while gaining practical experience in a real studio environment.
What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
As a Studio Assistant Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a small creative studio. You’ll work closely with a creative team and be involved in a variety of tasks, from preparing materials and assisting during shoots or events to helping organise studio spaces and supporting creative production.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how creative projects develop from concept to execution. This may include helping with basic content preparation, assisting with behind-the-scenes documentation, supporting social media content capture, and helping with general administrative tasks.
Throughout the internship, you’ll gain insight into how creative businesses operate — including elements of branding, content creation, event preparation, and client-facing work. We’ll provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities to observe different parts of the creative process, depending on your interests.
Above all, this role is designed to give you a supportive environment where you can learn, ask questions, build confidence, and develop practical skills that will be valuable in creative, fashion, media, or event-related careers.
