Main Duties
As a Global PR and Communications Intern at COS, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the execution of impactful public relations and communications strategies. Working closely with the wider Global PR and Communications team, you’ll help drive initiatives that enhance brand awareness across multiple channels.

What you will do:
- Support the team with seasonal brand moment activations across PR, VIP and Talent, Events and Production.
- Contribute to presentations and support the team in compiling information.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, responding to ad-hoc requests and contributing to wider team goals.
- Support with media monitoring across print and digital channels, including the collation of results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and full year basis, as well as project specific summaries.
- Monitor social media mentions and brand presence online.
- Support the in the distribution of product focus documents and assets to PR agencies.
- Coordinate samples, including organisation of the sample cupboard and supporting with requests for press and influencers.
- Organise courier bookings and support with shipments to external partners, including associated documentation (e.g. invoices for international shipments).
- Ensure the presentation of the PR showroom remains aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with organising office orders including stationary, packaging and florals.
- Liasing with PR and Communications teams at COS Head Office, as well as local international offices, showrooms and agencies.
- Provide administrative support to Global PR and Communications team

What you need to succeed
- Keen interest in PR & Communications with previous industry knowledge or relevant studies to the role.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, working to tight deadlines and managing a varied workload
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in different situations.
- Strong written & verbal English language skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
