Paid Studio & Brand Intern (Entry-Level Position – 6 Months Minimum)

Main Duties

What You’ll Do

Studio & Craft

• Assist with practical studio work and hat-making
• Work with felt, leather, ribbons, trims and materials
• Handle detailed hands-on tasks with precision
• Support bespoke orders and prepare materials
• Help maintain a well-organised, efficient, clean studio space (Studio Organisation)
• Assist with packaging customer orders and shipments
• Product sourcing (materials, tools, trims)

Creative & Content

• Create social media content (Reels, photos, videos)
• Support with filming, styling and editing (CapCut, Canva)
• Create content that helps shape and express LEMALIE’s visual identity for the customer
• Work on marketing activations and brand moments

Brand & Operations

• Prepare press kits, presentations and outreach documents
• Support PR and influencer outreach
• Assist with daily brand admin and organisation
• Help with events such as pop-ups and collaborations
• Support retail partnerships (communication + coordination)
• Assist with stock proposals, wholesale tasks and invoicing

You will gain experience in:

• Handcrafting and artisanal techniques used in luxury millinery
• How a luxury slow-fashion brand operates day-to-day
• All areas of running a small creative business
  (studio operations, sourcing, production flow, customer process, content, PR)
• Brand building and visual identity
• Content creation for a modern, premium fashion brand
• PR, press and collaboration outreach
• Design development and creative problem-solving
• Working directly with a founder and understanding how decisions are made

This position offers full immersion in a growing brand.
It is for someone who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility, and build strong, practical experience across creative, operational and business areas.

LEMALIE is a luxury handcrafted hat brand based in Notting Hill. Each piece is made by hand, combining artisanal craft with a bold, modern, editorial aesthetic.

We are looking for a highly ambitious, talented, and hands-on Paid Studio & Brand Intern who wants to learn every aspect of building a creative luxury brand.
This is a paid internship and also an entry-level position with real responsibility.

Minimum commitment: 6 months, with the option to stay longer.

Required Schedule (please only apply if you can commit):

• 10–15 hours per week
• Pay: 12 per hour
• Minimum 2 days per week in the Notting Hill studio
• Set studio hours: 10:00–15:00
• (A 3rd day is welcome but not required)

Applicants must be able to fulfil this schedule consistently.
