About Us

Next Spot is a boutique property agency helping fashion labels, cafés, bakeries, and creative studios find their perfect space in London.

We’re not a traditional agent — we’re small, fast, and hands-on. Our focus is on indie brands and giving them the spaces they need to grow, from a shop in Chelsea to a studio in Shoreditch.

Why Join Us?

  • Work directly with emerging designers, indie cafés, and creative founders.
  • Shape the identity of a new agency from day one.
  • Blend property, fashion, food, and culture in one role.
  • Visit London’s best new openings as part of your research.
  • Your ideas will help shape how Next Spot grows — no corporate layers here.
