Supervisor Job Title
Brand & Experiential Lead
Main Duties
We’re not looking for interns to “help.”
We’re looking for creative co-conspirators.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Experiential Intern to help us bring RAWR to life offline. You’ll help plan and run unmissable real-world moments — unexpected, creative, and maybe a little bit chaotic — that turn heads across London.
Expect to be out in the world, not behind a screen: planning, producing, and helping execute stunts and events that get people talking.
You’ll work directly with our founder (ex-Private Equity, now building RAWR from the ground up) to:
- Concept and execute bold IRL brand activations
- Manage logistics, props, and people on the ground
- Capture content that feels spontaneous and real
- Coordinate post-event storytelling and amplification
You’re perfect for this if you:
- Study marketing, comms, design, creative direction, or events
- Love building ideas that live outside the feed
- Thrive in organised chaos and creative collaboration
- Have an instinct for culture, community, and storytelling
- Want to make something unforgettable (and portfolio-worthy)
What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
This internship offers hands-on experience in event production and experiential marketing. The student will learn how to plan and deliver offline brand activations — from concept and logistics to live execution and content capture. They’ll gain skills in creative direction, campaign planning, and project management, working closely with the founder in a fast-paced, startup environment.
By the end of the internship, the student will have built a mini-portfolio of real-world brand work and developed skills in project management, creative ideation, and experiential marketing execution.
