Main Duties

Within the Creation Studio team (Haute Couture/Ready-to-Wear), you will support the Jewelry and Metal Accessories Design team:

• Designing and proposing styles primarily using Photoshop for jewelry, metal pieces, and belts
• Creating technical sheets and updating/correcting them
• Sourcing materials (occasionally in Paris sewing supply stores)
• Preparing boards and materials for design meetings
• Archiving: photographing prototypes and organizing files
• Occasional shipments
• Participation in photoshoots or runway fittings

Profile

• Languages: French and fluent English
• Strong knowledge of Rhinoceros and Blender
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and both technical and creative understanding of jewelry
• Craftsmanship skills, creativity, curiosity, and initiative
• Energy, precision, and autonomy
• Efficiency, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Creative & Design Skills

  • Product design: creation of jewelry, metal components, and belts
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (sketching, style proposals)
  • 3D modeling skills on Rhinoceros and Blender
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of Maison Schiaparelli’s creative codes

Technical Skills

  • Creation and updating of technical sheets
  • Understanding of the prototyping process: follow-up, corrections, improvements
  • Material sourcing and knowledge of components and their uses

Organizational Skills

  • Preparation of boards and materials for creative meetings
  • Product archiving: photographing and organizing prototypes
  • Handling occasional logistical tasks (shipments) with rigor and autonomy

Haute Couture / Ready-to-Wear Studio Skills

  • Participation in photoshoots and runway fittings
  • Exposure to the functioning of a creation studio
  • Understanding the couture calendar and real-life fitting adjustments

Soft Skills

  • Creativity, curiosity, and strong initiative
  • Rigor and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced couture environment
