What Snøhetta expects from interns
A Snøhetta intern is an active member of our studio and takes part in the projects in a similar way to other team members. Snøhetta expects interns to give their best, both in terms professional expertise and personal efforts. Snøhetta values the collective, and we both welcome and expect our interns to be part of that collective. We value sharing, working together and lifting others. We don’t compete internally but help each to achieve the best possible results.

What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.

Who We’re Looking For

Snøhetta Design is seeking a talented and curious Brand & Experience Design Intern to join our Oslo studio from fall 2025. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a transdisciplinary team where concept, storytelling, and craft come together.

The internship is open to students currently enrolled in a design program who have not yet completed a master’s degree. While our focus is on brand and experience design — with an emphasis on graphic and digital craftsmanship — we also welcome applicants with a strong interest in motion design, 3D, creative technology, AI, or related disciplines.

  • This is a paid internship
  • Minimum 4 months, ideally 6-9 months
  • The position is Oslo based, remote is not possible
