Main Duties
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition
- Support the entire recruitment process for various roles across head office. This includes posting job adverts and checking for inclusive language, screening CVs, organizing and assisting with interviews, handling reference requests, and welcoming new starters during inductions.
- Headhunting via LinkedIn.
- Support the process of building talent pools.
People Relations
- Uploading/updating various policies and procedures.
- Respond to benefit queries.
Learning and Development
- Assist with the internship program, including monitoring and evaluating mentorship progress.
- Lead a 6-month L&D project to support business needs.
- Conduct evaluations of learning workshops.
- Support the branding of L&D.
HR Business Partner
- Manage one of the events in the HR calendar – PEP process, Pride celebrations, EP setup.
- Be involved in talent development processes.
- Research and evaluate current processes

As a HR Intern at COS, you will support and collaborate with the wider Human Resources team, including Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partner. You will assist each team in establishing a workplace that continually aligns with our company values and promotes the growth of COS and our colleagues. Through this, you will be able to develop your own personal growth within HR.
