Main Duties

Key responsibilities will include:

• Organising and sending samples to clients and overseas factories (China/India)
• Managing and tracking samples, including maintaining accurate records of movements
• Supporting with showroom setup and preparation for customer meetings
• Assisting in preparing for customer meetings, including buying and organising samples
• Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
• Photographing samples and taking detailed measurements to support design teams
• Supporting comp shop and catwalk trend reports
• Assisting with briefing factories on colourways and sample amendments
• Supporting the creation of trend boards across product categories
• Communicating with clients and factories regarding sample dispatch and queries
• Managing sample organisation within the office, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace
• Handling packaging queries and logistics coordination
• Creating grade cut sheets and client grid sheets
• Inputting and maintaining data across multiple client PLM systems

This internship is a fast-paced and varied role where you will support the Footwear team and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks across product development, client management, and sample coordination. No day is ever the same, and you will develop strong commercial awareness alongside a deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
