• Bring your own ideas and references
• Love experimenting creatively

Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, camera knowledge, motion design, graphic design, etc. are all a plus — but taste and creative instinct matter more than credentials.

You do not need to be comfortable in front of the camera — we care much more about creative instinct, taste, and execution.

No degree required.

Creative Internship — TikTok

Berlin / Tokyo · Full-time · ASAP

NORITUAL LAB is a founder-led matcha brand based between Berlin and Tokyo, built around Japanese tea culture, aesthetics, and ritual.

This is not a typical social media manager internship.

We’re looking for someone to help build our TikTok creatively — experimenting with storytelling, visuals, pacing, editing, internet culture, and new formats.

Not corporate content.

Not trend reposting.

We want to create things people actually want to watch.

You’ll work directly with the creative team on concepts, filming, editing, and shaping the creative direction of the channel.

We’re especially interested in people who naturally think in visuals, references, mood, rhythm, and internet culture.
