Main Duties
As a Content Intern, you’ll be immersed in the creative process, supporting the planning and execution of content across digital touchpoints. From curating product selections to learning design tools like Figma, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how thoughtful content shapes the customer journey. This is a role for someone with a creative eye, a curious mind, and a love for modern, considered fashion.

What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of content stock checks, focusing on image availability and product launch timelines
- Collaborate with merchandising to ensure products have healthy stock cover for upcoming campaigns
- Support the planning and coordination of content across newsletters, paid media, and affiliate platforms
- Assist in building product grids for email campaigns, using insights like bestsellers and new arrivals
- Train in Figma to explore and contribute to different email layout designs and artworking tasks
- Shadow meetings with cross-functional teams to understand how content fits into broader brand strategies
- Gain exposure to post-campaign reviews and learn how content performance informs future planning

What are the learning outcomes:
- Learn the full content planning journey—from initial concept to final execution.
- Become familiar with the content feedback and review process.
- Develop a strong understanding of the stock checking process, with a focus on image availability and product readiness.
- Gain hands-on experience using Figma, the design tool used across our creative team.
- Build confidence in cross-functional collaboration by engaging with teams across merchandising, marketing, and design.

What you need to succeed
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for fashion, storytelling, and digital content
- A creative eye with attention to detail and visual composition
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma (nice to have)
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment
- Would enjoy working with cross-functional teams and communicating with different departments
Additional information
This is a paid, full time 6 month temporary contract based at our Head Office in London starting Monday 29th September.
