What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
This internship offers hands-on experience building a brand and communications function from scratch at a venture-backed AI climate tech startup. The intern will develop skills in brand strategy (positioning, messaging architecture, audience frameworks, voice/tone codification), content marketing (LinkedIn publishing, blog writing, ghostwriting for founders, performance tracking and iteration), and marketing operations (content calendar design, collateral creation, measurement frameworks).
They will learn to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, credible content for distinct audiences: utility operators, climate investors, enterprise decision-makers, and technical talent. The intern works directly with the CEO and Founders’ Associate, with structured milestone check-ins every two weeks and dedicated strategic direction throughout.
By the end of the placement, they will have built a complete brand playbook, a live content presence, and a library of reusable marketing collateral, all as portfolio-ready deliverables.
