Main Duties

  • Hit the streets of London as the face of RAWR — running dog park pop-ups, sampling events, and guerrilla activations across affluent neighbourhoods
  • Talk to real dog owners, spark conversations, challenge what they think they know about pet food, and convert them into founding members
  • Create bold, scroll-stopping content (photo + video) at events and behind the scenes for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond
  • Help plan and execute disruptive marketing campaigns that people actually talk about
  • Grow and engage our social media community — we want superfans, not followers
  • Scout and reach out to dog influencers, local pet businesses, and potential brand partners
  • Gather on-the-ground customer insights and feed them back to shape our product and messaging
  • Support launch operations — from packing event kits to organising sampling inventory to updating our CRM
  • Bring wild ideas to the table — if it’s never been done in pet food, we probably want to hear it

RAWR is a premium dog food brand about to blow up the UK pet food market. We’re the anti-kibble rebellion — think Liquid Death energy but for dog owners who actually give a damn about what they feed their pets. We’re launching in March 2026 and we need someone with guts, sense of humour, and zero fear of talking to strangers in a park.

You’ll be paid London Living Wage with a performance-related bonus tied to real results. Because if you’re doing real work, you should get real money.

You’ll be learning directly from our founder, an ex-Bain Capital VP who left the world of billion-dollar deals to build something that actually matters. That means you won’t just learn marketing — you’ll learn how to think like an operator, how to build a brand from scratch, and how to move fast and make things happen with limited resources. The kind of stuff that takes most people a decade to figure out.

You’ll walk away with real skills in experiential and guerrilla marketing, content creation, community building, direct-to-consumer strategy, and early-stage startup operations. Plus a portfolio of work you actually did — not work you watched someone else do.
