Clear are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Strategy Intern to become a core part of the Clear team for 6 months. During the scheme, you will be focused on supporting our Consultancy teams with daily project delivery plus additional duties such as logistics and travel bookings for workshops. We will provide real project experience, mentorship, access to internal training and exposure to a breadth of project, client and capability areas. On a given day, you might expect to listen in on a client debrief, take notes in an interview, coordinate catering for a big meeting, edit an important deliverable or attend team brainstorming sessions.


Desk Research

  • Conducting competitor and category analyses based on creative material and websites
  • Identifying and writing case studies relevant to our projects
  • Research into current trends and best practice brand examples

Data & research support

  • Supporting the Consultants with research (qual and/or quant) logistics and fieldwork management
  • Analysis and interpretation of research (qual and/or quant)
  • Liaising with our research providers on a daily basis
  • Sourcing and supporting recruitment for expert interviews

Creative Support

  • Searching for brands and images and creating visually impactful presentations
  • Preparation of visually engaging materials and stimulus for workshops (invitations, posters, templates and workshop booklets)
  • Finding workshop venues and sourcing experts or creative consumers for attendance at workshops
  • Supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of workshops on and off site

Logistical support

  • Supporting the office with ad hoc day to day support as needed
