  • A genuine interest in digital and marketing with knowledge of how influencer marketing works social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Great organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Awareness of cultural and technological developments within the industry

Who Would Benefit?


  • Providing general administrative support to the Digital and Marketing teams to ensure implementation of digital and marketing strategies across campaigns including the co-ordination of digital assets and tools
  • Day to day artist campaign support across social media, content (maintaining social channels, rolling out social plans and influencer campaigns, CRM management), marketing (uploading videos, compiling stats reports) and administrative tasks (raising invoices, organising couriers, diary management)
  • Extensive liaison with artists, managers, press and promotions contacts, suppliers and first point of contact for general enquiries within the department
  • Organising marketing tools for distribution and implementation across campaigns
  • Supporting with the running of social media & influencer marketing campaigns across
  • Analysing and reporting on social media and streaming/sales stats and feeding them back to artist managers and the team internally
  • Proofreading and reviewing work prior to release/distribution
  • Distribution of news, diaries, tour information and providing updates on all other artist activity
  • Supporting the setup and management of competitions, events, CRM mailers, retail initiatives and other similar activity
  • Taking and distribution of notes at regular planning meetings
  • Working closely with the digital team to log work in progress and monitor deadlines
  • Identifying and understanding digital trends and offering marketing advice to enhance local activity and products in response
  • Developing and maintain an in-depth understanding of the music industry
  • Supporting the creation, development and communication of high-quality ideas to continually improve the quality of work and performance of the Marketing department
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement through undertaking and sharing learning’s across the Digital & Marketing team plus related functions
  • Ensuring digital project updates are collated weekly
  • Managing the diary and coordinate meetings for the Head of Audience & Engagement
