Main Duties


Support team with organisation for marketing events

Support brand partnerships garment orders, POs and delivery

Fabric testing - testing trimmings according to wash standards

Support brand partnership team with research and presentations

Manage production order delivery dates and ensure smooth delivery

Support sampling photography systems

Coordinate sample packs for send outs, meetings & creative requests

Manage production order delivery dates and ensure smooth delivery

Purchase Order management for trimmings orders

Track all samples received into the appropriate trackers and provide product administration support - chasing pricing and relevant production information

Product development support - developing trimming products with factories, liaising with factory contacts and brand partners on daily basis

As Brand Partnerships Intern, you will join the brand partnerships and marketing team at our offices on Old Street, London. You will be looking to pursue a career in garment production or trims & fabric product development within the fashion or apparel branding industry. The role will coordinate and support new and exciting branding collaborations and events. You will have previously been involved in fashion production and marketing, with a focus on fabric, prints and trim developments. The position will provide a solid platform to start a career in the garment industry.
