Launched in 2014, The Hive Management is a London based model agency representing an exciting board of unique and inspirational faces.Our models can be seen in campaigns, editorial and on catwalks worldwide, working with luxury and high street brands such as Burberry, Vogue, Prada, Diesel, MAC, Marks & Spencer and ASOS.The Hive maintains a strong focus on scouting new talent, recognising potential straight away. We provide the support and development needed to take our new faces to international success. The owners and founders – Laura Murphy, Nicole Kersh and James Mac – have over 30 years combined experience in talent management and are known for their honest reputation and strong relationships industry wide.A dedicated and ambitious team, we are committed to nurturing our models to reach their full potential and more.
