Sophie Breitmeyer specialises in creating jewellery that will be treasured for a lifetime, earning her a name as Notting Hill's modern-day family jeweller. Blending antique silhouettes with contemporary wearability, Sophie's designs are crafted to transcend the trends and be passed down through generations. Traditionally, families worked with one dedicated jeweller, where trust is valued, relationships are strong, knowledge is shared and the quality is impeccable. This is the Sophie Breitmeyer mantra. Influenced by her upbringing and life lived as a creative, Sophie is continually inspired by the arts, history, fashion and architecture. She has a strong interest in the Art Deco movement and antique jewellery. She draws inspiration from complimentary creative disciplines to design pieces that are striking yet timeless. After studying Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins, Sophie worked as a trainee mounter in the fine jewellery workshop, HA Jordan, before starting her eponymous brand. A supporter of traditional British hand craftsmanship, she works closely with master goldsmiths and trusted dealers to produce jewellery imbued with meaning and value. Every client and every piece of jewellery build the foundation of the SB family that is so important to Sophie.
