The MosaiQs Ltd

Company Profile

An exciting opportunity for emerging talent

The MosaiQs is an independent organisation and framework designed to help people understand how systems, identity, environment, and lived experience interact to shape outcomes.

Our work sits across both a growing business and a CIC. Some projects are commercially driven, while others are created for wider community impact, particularly supporting SEND families, disabled people, and those navigating complex systems.

What we do

We create resources, content, and tools that make complex information clearer, more accessible, and actually usable in real life.

This includes:

  • Digital guides
  • Visual explainers
  • Campaigns
  • Cross-sector content and resources

Our work doesn’t sit in one lane.

Where the work goes

Our work has been featured, delivered, or developed across platforms and organisations including:

  • Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (official programme at the Palais)
  • The Washington Post
  • WeTransfer
  • Madame Tussauds London
  • Historic Royal Palaces
  • Citizens UK
  • Barclays

…to name a few.

That range reflects a wider network across community, media, culture, and industry spaces, with many more collaborations and opportunities beyond this list.

Why this matters for you

This means the work you contribute to is not just internal or theoretical.

  • It is used in real settings
  • It is seen by real audiences
  • It can reach industry, media, and decision-making spaces

Strong work here doesn’t sit still.

It can lead to:

  • Ongoing paid opportunities
  • Introductions across our network
  • Recommendations to collaborators and organisations
  • Exposure to work that travels beyond one platform

How we work

Everything we produce is grounded in lived experience, not just theory.

The focus is always on:

  • Clarity
  • Usefulness
  • Real-world impact
  • Accessible, thoughtful design

We also believe the way opportunities are created matters.

A lot of early-career talent is expected to have experience before being given a real chance. We take a different approach.

We look for:

  • Potential
  • Thinking
  • Intent

Not just polished CVs.

We are committed to inclusive and accessible working practices and welcome applications from disabled and neurodivergent candidates.

What you gain

Working with us means:

  • Building real-world experience
  • Creating strong, meaningful portfolio work
  • Contributing to projects with genuine reach and relevance
  • Being part of work that connects across sectors and audiences

Final note

The best work here doesn’t just sit in a portfolio.
It gets used, seen, and opens doors.
