Fast Charger LTD

Company Profile

Fast Charger is London’s largest live power bank rental network — operating across 800+ venues and used by 70,000+ people every month. But this isn’t just a tech utility. Fast Charger lives in the physical city: bars at midnight, cafés at 9am, gyms, events, stations — moments where battery anxiety meets real life. Our stations are designed to be seen, used, and remembered. We sit at the intersection of:

  • Urban infrastructure
  • Consumer technology
  • Brand-led physical design
Our product is physical. Our brand is visible. Our footprint is real.

The Project

We’re revamping our website — not to make it “prettier”, but to make it feel like the city-scale product it represents. We’re looking for a creative web designer who wants to:
  • Push beyond safe layouts and startup clichés
  • Experiment with hierarchy, motion, typography, and narrative
  • Translate a physical, highly visible product into a compelling digital experience
This is not a “drop in a template” project. We want ideas, concepts, and taste. You’ll have freedom to explore:
  • Bold layouts and unconventional structure
  • Strong visual storytelling
  • Motion / micro-interactions (where appropriate)
  • A site that feels confident, modern, and slightly unexpected

What We Care About

We care more about:
  • Concept and thinking than polish alone
  • Visual clarity over buzzwords
  • Design that makes people feel something
We don’t want:
  • Generic SaaS websites
  • Overused hero-headline-button layouts
  • Stock-heavy, safe, or corporate design

What You’ll Be Working With

  • A live, growing brand across London
  • Clear product + real-world use cases
  • High-impact visibility (your work will be seen)
  • Direct access to founders / decision-makers
  • Space to experiment and leave a creative mark

If you want to design something that lives in the real city — not just another startup homepage — we’d love to hear from you.
